Once commercial terms are agreed, the buyer issues a Purchase Order or confirms the Proforma Invoice to proceed with production.

Products are sourced, processed, graded, and prepared through our trusted supplier and processing network according to the agreed specifications.

Quality inspection
Quality inspections are carried out before dispatch, with third-party laboratory testing arranged when required by customer specifications or destination country regulations.

Products are packed, labeled, palletized, and prepared according to the agreed export packaging specifications.

Shipping
Shipments are arranged from Cochin Port or other suitable Indian ports. Shipping documents are issued after vessel departure.

What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product, packaging type, and destination country. For most bulk export orders, MOQs typically start from 250 kg to 1 metric ton. Please contact us with your requirements for a tailored quotation.
Which Incoterms do you quote on?
We provide quotations under FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, and other Incoterms based on your preferred shipping arrangement and destination. Simply share your destination port, and our export team will recommend the most suitable option.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed based on the order value, product, and customer relationship. We typically work with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and may accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight) for eligible orders. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable payment option for your order.
What is the lead time?
Lead times vary depending on the product, order quantity, packaging requirements, and seasonal availability. Most export orders are ready for shipment within 2 to 6 weeks after order confirmation. We will confirm the estimated dispatch date with your quotation.
Which certifications do you hold?
IEC, FSSAI, APEDA and Spices Board of India registration, plus MSME Udyam, DPIIT Startup India and Kerala Startup Mission recognition. Registration details and supporting documents are available upon request.
What packaging options are available?
